When you at work what was the most difficult to you?(If you answer me, how did you solve at that time?)
When I used to work as a server in a cafe in Korea, I had some trouble with a co-worker about my work style. I tried to talk to him and said, "I want to work with you without any trouble, just let me know what I have to change".  He let me know what the problem was, and were great partners after that.

When you at work, you think, what is the most important for you?
The most important thing is that customers have a great experience and leave happy. After all, they are the reason we are at work.

When you at work, have you impressed for customer?
When I used to work as a server in a cafe in Korea, I met a person who was too intoxicated. A few hours later, he tried to go home without paying, so I tried to talk to him about the bill. I told him, "You are a great guy, and a great customer, thank you for your business!".  Then, he was so happy that he just gave me the money he owed for the bill. It was a great experience for me.
 
Which your strength help this position?
When I'm at work, I'm thinking about the customers perspective, and what is going to be best for the customer. Then I act accordingly to make sure they have a great experience.

What is your strength and weakness?
My strength is kindness. I'm always thinking about what I can do to make the customers experience even better. My weakness is also kindness.  Sometimes I find myself spending a little more time then I should with a customer, to make sure I have exceeded the customers expectations.
